Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and executing HVAC sales strategies to meet quarterly targets
- Manage client relationships through regular communication and needs assessment
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics for leadership review
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate product specifications and solutions
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC or technical sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Certification in HVAC technology (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Tagalog
