- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Present and sell company HVAC products and services effectively
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Collaborate with technical team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in HVAC or related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them to customer benefits
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if applicable)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
