- Collaborate with technical teams to develop HVAC sales strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs
- Lead technical product demonstrations and presentations for high-value clients
- Prepare and deliver customized HVAC system proposals and quotations
- Drive sales quota achievement through strategic account management
- Provide post-sales technical support and resolve client issues promptly
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC technical sales or engineering role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Certification in HVAC design or sales (e.g., ASHRAE) preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
