Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including filter replacements, coil cleaning, and system lubrication.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system failures in HVAC units.
- Execute repairs on compressors, motors, fans, and refrigeration circuits to minimize downtime.
- Conduct system performance tests and calibrations to ensure energy efficiency and optimal indoor air quality.
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and emergency call-outs within the facility.
- Maintain accurate logs of all service activities, part usage, and equipment maintenance history.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols while performing site tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors or senior facilities managers for major system overhauls or upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Technical/Vocational diploma in HVAC Technology, Refrigeration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TESDA National Certificate in HVAC/R) are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and automated HVAC controls.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including flexibility for rotating shifts or emergency response as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
