Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on 5hp split unit air conditioning systems.
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing and maintenance for various commercial refrigeration units.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical malfunctions efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities, service reports, and parts usage accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with team leaders and facility managers to schedule site visits and resolve urgent client issues.
- Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar field service role.
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration cycles and climate control systems.
- Specific expertise in servicing 5hp split units and commercial-grade fridges.
- Possession of a valid technical certification (e.g., SKM, VTO, or equivalent trade qualification).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Kuala Lumpur region.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
