Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on various HVAC systems, including residential and commercial units.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions in HVAC systems.
- Install, replace, and repair HVAC equipment such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and fans.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to ensure precise installations.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance visits and explain service findings clearly.
- Maintain accurate logs of all service calls, parts replaced, and time spent on assignments.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards while performing site duties.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Vocational School (SMK) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience working as an HVAC Technician or in a related field.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and airflow mechanics.
- Proficiency in using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment for HVAC repairs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable mobility to visit various project sites in Semarang.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills to explain technical issues to clients.
