You will be responsible for the seamless maintenance and optimal performance of small to medium-sized industrial buildings, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems operate at peak efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, cooling towers, and chillers.
- Perform timely troubleshooting and repairs for mechanical and electrical equipment within industrial facilities.
- Monitor shift operations to ensure building systems comply with safety regulations and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and energy consumption metrics.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and resolve technical disruptions efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and external contractors for specialized equipment servicing when necessary.
- Support the facility management team in executing site improvement projects and facility upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial or commercial HVAC maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or within a shift rotation.
- Knowledge of OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) practices and workplace safety protocols.
- Possession of a Chargeman certification or relevant local technical licenses (highly preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
