Asticom is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hybrid Driver Technician to join our dynamic logistics and operations team in Metro Manila. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless delivery and technical maintenance of our fleet and assets. We are looking for a professional who is not only proficient in driving and transport logistics but also possesses the technical aptitude to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport personnel, equipment, or goods to designated locations within Metro Manila.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and minor technical troubleshooting to ensure operational readiness and safety.
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to optimize delivery routes and meet strict time-sensitive schedules.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, vehicle mileage, and technical maintenance performed.
- Execute on-site technical support tasks as required, ensuring equipment is properly installed or functional.
- Ensure compliance with all local traffic laws, safety protocols, and company standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring all items are secured properly during transit.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months of professional experience in driving and basic technical or maintenance work.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (restricted codes for light/medium vehicles preferred).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Must be familiar with Metro Manila roads and navigation systems.
- High school diploma or vocational certification in a related technical field is an advantage.
