Tanggung Jawab
- Design and document comprehensive hydraulic and fire protection systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Conduct hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, and pressure analysis to ensure optimal system performance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and bill of quantities for tender and construction documentation.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant local and international fire safety standards and building codes.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during the construction phase to ensure compliance with design intent.
- Utilize BIM and CAD software to produce accurate engineering drawings and 3D models.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in hydraulics and fire protection design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and hydraulic modeling software.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, International Building Codes (IBC), and local Philippine building codes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
