Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed site inspections and performance analysis of hydropower generation assets.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and feasibility studies for new hydropower installations.
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams to integrate transmission infrastructure with existing grid systems.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory standards, safety protocols, and environmental requirements.
- Monitor turbine, generator, and control system performance to identify potential failures before they occur.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and provide technical guidance during critical project phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (specialization in Renewable Energy or Hydropower is preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in hydropower generation or related power transmission sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software and hydropower modeling tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
- Proven experience in project management and coordinating with third-party vendors.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is a significant advantage.
