- Oversee all housekeeping operations to maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Develop, implement, and audit sanitation protocols aligned with health regulations
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Coordinate with F&B and Maintenance teams to ensure integrated hygiene systems
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment for cost-effective operations
- Investigate and resolve guest feedback related to cleanliness concerns
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hospitality hygiene management or senior housekeeping role
- Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe)
- Strong knowledge of health regulations and industry hygiene standards
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in housekeeping management software and inventory systems
- Attention to detail with problem-solving abilities
