Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive hygiene and sanitation protocols across all hotel departments
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house facilities, and food & beverage outlets
  • Train staff on proper hygiene practices, sanitation procedures, and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and F&B teams to ensure consistent standards are maintained
  • Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies, equipment, and personal protective equipment
  • Investigate and resolve hygiene-related guest concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Stay current with local health regulations and international hospitality standards
  • Prepare reports on hygiene status, compliance metrics, and areas for improvement

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Environmental Health, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hygiene management within luxury hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of local health regulations and international sanitation standards
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene management preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong observational skills
  • Exceptional communication and training abilities
