Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations and technical training for dental hygiene and prophylaxis systems
- Provide on-site clinical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key dental professionals and clinic stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product applications with market demands
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed application reports and feedback for continuous product improvement
- Support sales initiatives by creating clinical evidence and case studies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene, Dental Technology, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dental sales, clinical support, or product application
- Deep knowledge of prophylaxis techniques, infection control protocols, and dental equipment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to clinical audiences
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple client relationships
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages beneficial
- Certification in dental hygiene or related technical training preferred
