Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular food safety and hygiene inspections in F&B outlets and central kitchens to ensure compliance.
- Implement and manage hygiene awareness programs to educate F&B employees on best practices.
- Ensure strict adherence to local food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
- Investigate and report any hygiene-related incidents or non-compliance issues promptly.
- Train staff on proper food handling, cleaning procedures, and personal hygiene.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to develop and update hygiene policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Relevant HSE or Food Safety certification (e.g., Food Handler, HACCP) is required.
- Proven experience in hygiene management within the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of local food safety laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
- Valid Food Handler Certificate is mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
