Are you a seasoned Hardware Engineer with a passion for high-performance computing? Adecco is currently partnering with a premier technology client to find a Hyperscale Server Design Engineer. In this role, you will be at the forefront of architectural innovation, designing next-generation server platforms that power global cloud infrastructure and hyperscale data centers.
You will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end hardware development lifecycle—from conceptual design and component selection to signal integrity validation and thermal management. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of complex motherboard and system-level server architectures for hyperscale data center environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including thermal, mechanical, and BIOS engineering to ensure optimal system performance.
- Perform comprehensive schematic capture, PCB layout review, and signal/power integrity analysis.
- Conduct design validation testing (DVT) and collaborate with manufacturing partners for mass production scaling.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and implement innovative hardware solutions to improve energy efficiency and compute density.
- Manage technical documentation, BOM, and engineering change orders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in server hardware design, specifically high-speed digital board design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Allegro, Altium, or Mentor Graphics).
- In-depth knowledge of high-speed interface protocols (PCIe Gen5/6, DDR5, CXL).
- Demonstrated experience with server architecture, BMC (Baseboard Management Controller), and power delivery networks (PDN).
- Strong analytical skills for thermal management and signal integrity simulation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions in a global engineering environment.
