We are seeking a dedicated Instrument and Control Technician (I&C) to join Flexsys Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuantan. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our industrial processes by performing comprehensive repair and maintenance work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of critical systems, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Process Instrumentation (PI), and Alarm Management Systems. You will troubleshoot complex issues, conduct routine inspections, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime. By ensuring all instrumentation and control systems are functioning within specified parameters, you will contribute significantly to the safety and efficiency of our operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on DCS, PLC, and SIS systems to ensure operational continuity.
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electronic, and hydraulic instrumentation components.
- Conduct calibration and testing of sensors, transmitters, and controllers to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and manage Alarm Management Systems to uphold plant safety and compliance standards.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new control systems and instrumentation.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation of all repair activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation, or Control Systems.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in I&C maintenance within the manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Strong working knowledge of DCS, PLC, SIS, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Familiarity with PI (Process Instrumentation) and alarm management protocols.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical diagrams.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
