Drive Modern Endpoint Innovation at Optum
Optum is a leading global health technology company committed to improving the performance of the health system. We are currently seeking a visionary I&O Engineering Consultant (Endpoint Management / Intune / Autopilot) to join our Infrastructure & Operations team in Metro Manila. This is a high-impact consulting role focused on designing and executing our modern endpoint management strategy.
In this critical position, you will act as the company's subject matter expert for Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and the broader Modern Device Management ecosystem. You will lead the technical design, migration, and optimization of our global endpoint landscape, transitioning away from legacy platforms such as Omnissa Workspace ONE and on-premises SCCM to a cloud-native, Zero Trust-ready architecture. Your strategic vision and technical leadership will directly influence the productivity, security, and user experience of tens of thousands of employees worldwide.
At Optum, you will have the autonomy to define standards, select tools, and create automation that simplifies device lifecycle management at scale. You will work closely with Cybersecurity, Networking, and Application teams to ensure seamless, compliant, and secure endpoint operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary technical consultant and architect for the global Endpoint Management strategy, with a focus on Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Lead the technical migration and integration of devices from Omnissa Workspace ONE, legacy SCCM, and other platforms to a modern, cloud-native Microsoft Endpoint Manager ecosystem.
- Design, implement, and enforce endpoint security baselines, compliance policies, and Conditional Access rules aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Develop advanced automation scripts and tooling using PowerShell, Graph API, and Azure Automation to streamline device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Act as the highest level of technical escalation (L4) for complex endpoint platform issues, providing root cause analysis and innovative solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship and knowledge transfer to the operations team, fostering growth and ensuring operational excellence.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, standard operating procedures, and runbooks.
Kualifikasi
- 6+ years of proven enterprise experience in endpoint management and engineering.
- 1+ years of hands-on administrative and engineering experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM.
- Extensive hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing solutions with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot at scale.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting; experience with Microsoft Graph API is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, Modern Authentication, and mobile device management (MDM/MAM).
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate, VCP-DW) are highly valued.
