As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. You will play a key role in ensuring the security and compliance of our clients' systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include identity lifecycle management, access certifications, role-based access control, and integration with various directories and applications.
We are looking for someone with strong technical skills in SailPoint IIQ, Java, and LDAP, who can work collaboratively in a team environment. You will also be involved in developing custom workflows, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical documentation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Manage identity lifecycle including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, rules, and connectors in SailPoint IIQ.
- Integrate IAM solutions with various enterprise applications and directories (Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems).
- Perform access governance, role-based access control (RBAC) analysis, and SoD enforcement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and issues.
- Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Create technical documentation and provide training to users.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and administration.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, SQL, and web technologies.
- Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
- Knowledge of RBAC, SoD, and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
