Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and privileged access management
- Lead identity governance initiatives ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and regional regulations
- Conduct IAM maturity assessments and develop roadmaps for enterprise-wide optimization
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate IAM solutions in AWS/Azure/GCP environments
- Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification
- Develop IAM policies, standards, and procedures aligned with business objectives
- Present technical solutions to C-level executives and key stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field
- 5+ years of IAM experience with 3+ years in enterprise environments
- Expertise in IAM platforms (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock)
- Strong understanding of identity governance frameworks (IGA) and access controls
- Certifications in CISSP, CISM, or IAM-specific credentials required
- Experience with cloud IAM services (AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP IAM)
- Proven track record of leading IAM transformation projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
