Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging instruction in IB Diploma Programme (DP) or Pre-Diploma Programme (Pre-DP) curriculum
- Develop differentiated lesson plans catering to diverse learning styles and abilities
- Implement IB assessment strategies and provide constructive student feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary teaching approaches
- Mentor students in boarding school environment, supporting academic and personal growth
- Participate in faith-based community activities and value-driven educational initiatives
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area; Master's degree preferred
- IB certification (DP/Pre-DP) or equivalent international teaching qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IB curriculum delivery
- Strong command of English as medium of instruction
- Experience in boarding school or residential education setting
- Demonstrated commitment to faith-based educational values
- Cross-cultural competency and adaptability in international environments
