Join Global Jaya School, a prestigious international institution in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, as an IB MYP Drama / DP Theatre Teacher. We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to inspire and guide our students through the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) Theatre curriculum.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop students' theatrical talents, creativity, and critical thinking skills through engaging and innovative teaching methodologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive drama and theatre arts program that aligns with IB standards and prepares students for higher education and future careers in the performing arts.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging IB MYP Drama and DP Theatre curriculum that meets international standards
- Teach drama and theatre arts to students in grades 6-12, fostering creativity and artistic expression
- Prepare students for IB assessments, including the DP Theatre Individual Project and Collaborative Project
- Organize and direct school theatrical productions, performances, and drama workshops
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic development
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate theatre arts into interdisciplinary learning
- Participate in school events, professional development, and curriculum improvement initiatives
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts, Drama Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Drama/Theatre Arts at IB MYP/DP level
- Certification in IB MYP and/or DP Theatre teaching (or equivalent international teaching qualification)
- Strong knowledge of theatre history, performance techniques, and production methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with students
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school administration
- Experience directing school productions and managing theatrical events
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
