Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain IBM MQ infrastructure including installation, configuration, and patching of queue managers.
- Monitor messaging systems to ensure optimal performance and high availability, proactively addressing issues.
- Design and implement message channels, security policies, and disaster recovery plans.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting (Shell, Python, or similar).
- Collaborate with application teams to troubleshoot message flow issues and provide technical guidance.
- Perform capacity planning and performance tuning of MQ environments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and uphold compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with IBM MQ (WebSphere MQ) administration.
- Strong knowledge of queue manager architecture, channels, clustering, and security.
- Experience with operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM Certified System Administrator for MQ) a plus.
