Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain IBM z/OS mainframe systems, ensuring high availability and performance optimization
- Monitor system health, analyze logs, and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks
- Develop, test, and implement JCL jobs and procedures for batch processing workflows
- Perform system backups, recovery operations, and disaster planning initiatives
- Collaborate with development teams on COBOL application deployments and troubleshooting
- Implement security patches, system updates, and compliance standards
- Document system configurations, procedures, and technical specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on IBM z/OS system administration experience
- Expert proficiency in JCL, COBOL, and mainframe utilities (IEBGENER, IDCAMS)
- Strong knowledge of mainframe system software (z/OS, z/VM, z/VSE)
- Experience with mainframe security protocols, backup/recovery procedures
- Problem-solving skills for complex system issues and performance tuning
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
