Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain IBS/CDAS infrastructure and components
- Monitor system performance and proactively address technical issues
- Collaborate with network and security teams for system integration
- Develop documentation for system configurations and procedures
- Analyze system requirements and propose optimization solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in IBS/CDAS implementation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications protocols and standards
- Proficiency in database management and network security
- Experience with system troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Certifications in relevant technologies (Cisco, AWS, etc.) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
