Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize IC layouts for advanced process nodes using industry-standard EDA tools
- Develop FinFET-based layouts with strict adherence to high-reliability design standards
- Perform comprehensive DRC/LVS checks and layout verification for design rule compliance
- Collaborate with circuit design teams to ensure layout meets performance and timing requirements
- Generate detailed documentation and specifications for layout methodologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex layout issues affecting yield and performance
- Stay current with emerging semiconductor technologies and layout techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IC layout design for custom circuits
- Proven expertise in FinFET technology and advanced process nodes
- Strong proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys IC Compiler, or equivalent EDA tools
- Experience with high-reliability design methodologies and yield enhancement techniques
- Knowledge of semiconductor physics and CMOS fabrication processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
