As an Ice Cream Parlor Server, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting delicious ice cream treats, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized recommendations from our menu.
- Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream flavors, sundaes, and beverages with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary serving station at all times.
- Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain our high service standards.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols according to company and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light physical lifting.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a busy retail environment.
