As the face of our parlor, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide helpful recommendations from our menu.
- Prepare and serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other dessert offerings with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary service area at all times.
- Handle customer transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure all ingredients and toppings are stocked and fresh.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures of the parlor.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in food service, café, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent personal hygiene and professional presentation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player.
