Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily production and operations of the ice plant machinery and systems.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the plant operations team to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize ice production processes and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations within the plant facility.
- Monitor equipment performance, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs with external technicians when necessary.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished ice products to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Prepare and analyze daily production reports, efficiency metrics, and maintenance logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ice plant operations, cold storage management, or a similar manufacturing supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with plant safety protocols, OSHA standards, and quality assurance procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical machinery issues effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working well with diverse teams.
- Willingness to work on shifts or extended hours as required by plant operations.
