In this pivotal role, you will be the technical authority overseeing the seamless integration and delivery of Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Building Management Systems (BMS), and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) solutions within Tier III/IV data centre environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT, BMS, and ELV project lifecycles from design review to commissioning and handover.
- Act as the primary technical lead for system integration, ensuring synergy between Building Management Systems and IT network infrastructure.
- Supervise onsite contractors and vendors to ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance audits to ensure systems meet Tier-rated availability requirements.
- Provide expert technical guidance during troubleshooting and incident resolution for critical facility systems.
- Manage project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and test/commissioning plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize energy efficiency through intelligent BMS monitoring and automation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, ICT, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in data centre infrastructure, specifically focusing on ELV and BMS integration.
- Strong understanding of Tier III/IV data centre standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, TIA-942).
- Proven proficiency in managing complex ELV subsystems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling).
- Excellent project management skills with a history of delivering projects within scope and budget.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to lead technical teams and manage external service providers.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, RCDD, or relevant Engineering accreditation) is highly preferred.
