Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale ICT system implementation projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and QA testers, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks or risks and escalating them with proposed mitigation strategies.
- Manage project documentation, including requirement specifications, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in resource planning and budget tracking to ensure optimal utilization of project assets.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure that project deliverables meet technical requirements and user expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or management within the ICT sector.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and system integration processes.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, or MS Project) is highly desirable.
