Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's ICT systems and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, Windows Servers, and network devices.
- Ensure system security by implementing policies, managing antivirus/malware protection, and monitoring for threats.
- Perform regular system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery testing.
- Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions across various platforms.
- Assist in the evaluation, procurement, and deployment of new IT equipment and software.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, inventory, and asset records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
- Solid understanding of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory management.
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN).
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are highly advantageous.
