Join the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as an ICT Infrastructure Engineer (Automation). In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in modernizing our IT landscape by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks using Ansible. You will focus on critical infrastructure components, including databases and Linux environments, to drive efficiency, reduce manual errors, and enhance system resilience.
As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes innovation, security, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that support MAS’s mission as the financial centre of Asia. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks for the automated provisioning and configuration of Linux servers and critical databases.
- Implement and enforce configuration management policies to ensure consistency and compliance across the infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance of services.
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to integrate automation tools into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct regular system audits and maintenance tasks to optimize system health and security posture.
- Document automation workflows, processes, and technical configurations for knowledge transfer.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems and shell scripting (Bash/Python).
- Extensive experience with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or other configuration management tools.
- Firm understanding of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and their integration with infrastructure.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and IT service management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
