Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of internal hardware and software systems.
- Support the ICT team in rolling out digital transformation initiatives and process improvements.
- Participate in data entry, system documentation, and reporting activities to support team workflows.
- Help monitor network performance and ensure security protocols are maintained.
- Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions for new software or process enhancements.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of user accounts and office technology equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical service requests effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware components.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact effectively with team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of programming logic.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work full-time during the internship period in Johor.
