Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily IT operations including network administration, system monitoring, and maintenance
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
- Manage cloud infrastructure and data backup systems
- Coordinate IT projects including system upgrades and technology migrations
- Develop and maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures
- Train staff on digital tools and security best practices
- Collaborate with department heads to align IT solutions with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in ICT support or system administration role
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- CompTIA Network+/Security+ certifications preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
