Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for ICT initiatives, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, business, vendors) to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
- Develop comprehensive project plans with detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and conduct regular project health assessments
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through status reports, presentations, and change management processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, ITIL) and organizational governance frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with ICT infrastructure or software development projects
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding SGD 1M and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of ICT methodologies, cloud technologies, and digital transformation trends
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana) and reporting systems
