Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform advanced nursing procedures including ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families about critical care procedures and conditions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with best practices in critical care
Kualifikasi
- Valid nursing registration with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Postgraduate certification in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in ICU setting
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
