Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full lifecycle of user accounts across organizational systems including creation, modification, and deactivation
- Implement and maintain security compliance standards for access controls and authentication protocols
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries regarding account access, permissions, and system functionality
- Conduct periodic access revalidations and privilege reviews to ensure least-privilege principles
- Document and escalate security incidents or access-related issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Support operational needs through identity management system administration and maintenance
- Collaborate with IT security teams on access audits and compliance reporting
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) principles and tools
- Basic understanding of security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy in account management tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for user interactions
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
