Are you a seasoned quality professional looking to shape the operational excellence of one of the world's fastest-growing tech ecosystems? TikTok is seeking a highly motivated IDC Quality Manager to join our Supply Chain Globalization team in Kulai, Johor.
In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our data center infrastructure quality strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle quality of hardware assets, ensuring that our infrastructure scales to meet the global demand for TikTok’s content delivery. We are looking for a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between supply chain efficiency and stringent quality compliance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain robust quality management systems (QMS) specifically tailored for datacenter infrastructure assets.
- Conduct thorough quality audits and performance evaluations of suppliers and internal supply chain processes.
- Identify, document, and resolve quality-related risks during the hardware procurement and deployment phases.
- Lead root-cause analysis for quality incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with global engineering and procurement teams to align quality standards with international benchmarks.
- Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management to drive strategic improvements.
- Oversee supplier quality compliance and conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quality management within a datacenter, hardware manufacturing, or complex logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and other relevant industry quality certifications.
- Proven ability to perform data-driven analysis to identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders across different time zones.
- Proficiency in using Quality Management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, "ownership-first" mindset.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for global collaboration.
