Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Manage and automate the full user lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC protocols.
- Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to monitor and respond to identity-related security incidents.
- Develop custom scripts (Python, PowerShell, or Java) to automate repetitive IAM tasks and reporting.
- Conduct regular access certifications and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Support the integration of IAM solutions with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically in IAM Engineering or a closely related Cybersecurity role.
- Strong technical proficiency with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock.
- In-depth knowledge of Directory Services, including Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP.
- Proven experience with scripting languages for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of network security, firewalls, and web application security.
- Relevant certifications such as CIAM, CAMS, CISSP, or vendor-specific IAM certifications are highly preferred.
