Join AIA Digital+ as a pivotal Identity & Access Management (OKTA) Manager and spearhead our enterprise security posture in the heart of Makati City. As a leader in the digital transformation space, we're urgently seeking an experienced professional to architect, implement, and optimize our IAM infrastructure using OKTA solutions. This critical role ensures secure user authentication, streamlined access controls, and compliance with global security standards while enabling seamless digital experiences for our employees and partners.
You'll drive strategic initiatives to mitigate identity-related risks, enhance operational efficiency, and support our rapid growth in the fintech landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OKTA with cloud applications, SaaS platforms, and on-premise systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing robust IAM policies, conducting regular audits, and staying ahead of evolving cybersecurity threats in the financial services sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain OKTA-based identity and access management solutions
- Manage user lifecycle provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance workflows
- Develop and enforce IAM policies aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and financial industry standards
- Integrate OKTA with existing IT infrastructure including SSO, MFA, and directory services
- Lead IAM security incident response and continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular access reviews and compliance audits
- Stay current on IAM best practices and emerging security technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in IAM with 3+ years specializing in OKTA implementation
- Proven expertise in designing enterprise-grade IAM solutions for large-scale environments
- Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC, and directory integration protocols
- Certifications such as OKTA Professional, CISSP, or CISM preferred
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
