Are you a security-focused engineer passionate about building robust, scalable identity governance frameworks? ByteDance is looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our global InfoSec | Access Governance team in Singapore. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization systems that support our massive global user base and complex internal business lines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade IAM solutions, including SSO, MFA, and PAM.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows for user identity lifecycle management and provisioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate secure access controls across various business units.
- Audit and refine existing access policies to ensure compliance with global security standards and internal protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex access-related issues to minimize disruption and enhance user experience.
- Implement Zero Trust principles to strengthen our security posture against emerging threats.
- Provide technical guidance and support for security incident response and access reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management engineering or related security domains.
- Proficiency in IAM protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM.
- Experience with enterprise IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Azure AD/Entra ID).
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Java for automation of security tasks.
- Solid understanding of cloud security architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced international technology environment.
