Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable identity governance and access management solutions
- Manage user lifecycle provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
- Develop automation scripts for identity management processes
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks
- Integrate IAM systems with cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM)
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve access-related incidents
- Document IAM policies and procedures for stakeholder communication
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in identity/access management systems
- Expertise in IAM platforms (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk)
- Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, and RBAC implementations
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, or IAM-related) preferred
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
- Understanding of cloud security architectures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
