Tanggung Jawab
- Support and maintain the Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework across the organization.
- Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modification.
- Provide technical support to team members and supervisors regarding system access and authentication issues.
- Audit and monitor workspace access to ensure compliance with company security policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to troubleshoot complex identity-related incidents.
- Assist in the documentation of IAM processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of access control workflows to enhance operational productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fundamental understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and security concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate technical information clearly.
- Proficiency in basic system administration and user account management tools.
- Experience with Active Directory or similar directory services is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving security technologies and internal processes.
