British American Tobacco (BAT) is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IDT Intern to support our Information & Communication Technology department. In this role, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience working on real-world technical projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the IT team in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Support the installation, configuration, and upgrading of hardware and software applications.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and best practices to improve internal processes.
- Document technical procedures, user guides, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve user experience.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to the senior technical staff.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, data systems, and digital solutions.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
