- Support new process introductions and implementation of manufacturing workflows
- Lead line setup activities and optimize production processes for maximum efficiency
- Conduct pilot runs and validate process changes before full-scale deployment
- Perform assembly and hands-on process tasks to ensure operational feasibility
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing process optimization
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and workflow analysis
- Familiarity with assembly line setup and production systems
- Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations
- Experience with process simulation and optimization tools
