We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated IE Technician to join our manufacturing operations in Ipoh, Perak. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Conduct time studies and work measurement analyses to improve workflow efficiency.
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Participate in Lean Six Sigma initiatives and Kaizen events.
- Assist in the design and layout of manufacturing cells and assembly lines.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S).
