Join Carsem, a leading player in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry, as an IE Technician (M-Site). We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our engineering and management teams in driving operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in studying, designing, and implementing projects focused on productivity improvement and plant layout optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions that enhance workflow, reduce waste, and elevate overall manufacturing performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the study and design of plant layouts to optimize space utilization and streamline production workflows.
- Implement productivity improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and propose process enhancements.
- Support the setup and maintenance of production line equipment and tooling to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to achieve World Class Manufacturing (WCM) goals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools, including Kaizen, 5S, VSM, and Kanban.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage for site travel.
