Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging IELTS preparation lessons covering all four sections (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- Assess student progress through mock tests and provide detailed feedback for improvement
- Create customized lesson plans tailored to individual learning styles and target scores
- Stay updated with latest IELTS exam formats, scoring criteria, and teaching resources
- Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
- Foster a motivating classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation
- Collaborate with academic team to refine curriculum and teaching strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching IELTS or similar English proficiency exams
- IELTS Academic/Overall band score of 8.0 or higher (or equivalent certification)
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and exam techniques
- Certification in TESOL/TEFL or equivalent teaching qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
- Ability to create engaging lesson materials using digital tools
