Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and effective online tutoring sessions for IGCSE and A-Level English students
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles
- Prepare students for examinations with comprehensive curriculum coverage and practice materials
- Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments to facilitate improvement
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic progress
- Stay updated with the latest IGCSE and A-Level English curriculum developments
- Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Linguistics, Education, or related field
- Proven experience teaching IGCSE and/or A-Level English curriculum
- Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with online tutoring platforms and digital teaching tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, encouraging, and adaptable teaching approach
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson materials
- Previous experience with international students is a plus
