- Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons for IGCSE Accounting and Business Studies, adhering to the prescribed curriculum.
- Create and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a well-organised and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and student participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and co-curricular activities.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic performance and pastoral care.
- Participate in school-wide events, professional development programmes, and extracurricular activities.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methodologies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Uphold the school's ethos, values, and policies, contributing positively to the overall school community.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience teaching Accounting and Business Studies at the IGCSE level.
- Strong subject matter expertise and a deep understanding of the IGCSE syllabus and assessment requirements.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
